Dewatering

Vacuum de watering system:

Screed vibrator, power trowel, vacuum pump, top & bottom mat, control panel.
Power trowel cum floater( 2 in 1):
The Power trowel cum floater has two speed electric motor (112r.p.m & 56 r.p.m) of 3 h.p,3 phase.
The speed is selected by using the change over switch on the handle.
The handle can be adjusted to suit the operator height and can be folded/locked for transport.
The skim floater is fitted with finishing tools troweling blades and floating disc. The adjustment of blade angle is done with the knob provided on the handle. The disc and blades are easily replaceable. The troweling blades are reversible and hence give double service life.

Vacuum pump:

The pump is a compact liquid ring type pump enclosed in steel body. A filter assembly in the tank prevents dirt and other foreign matters from flowing into the pump. The frame is mounted on wheeled chasis. It is powered by 7.5 h.p , 3 phase electric motor . Pump capacity is 110 m3 per hr.
The pump is provided with self discharge and can be run continuously.

Double beam( skid) vibrator:

It is used for leveling and compacting of concrete.
It is made of 2 hollow rectangular m.s pipe (100*50) available in 3.5meter or 4.2 meter lengths as per customer requirement. It is vibrated by 2 h.p , 3 phase electric vibrator.

Top & Bottom mat:

The top cover mat is made of air tight rubber coated plastic sheet with suction channel on the bottom of the mat and piping connection in top. Size: standard size

The bottom filter mat is made of filter cloth covered on p.v.c wire mesh. Size: standard size.
